What data we collect and Why we need them

We collect name and e-mail address when you inquire through our inquiry page.

Why we need them is to get back to you correctly.

We collect full name, telephone number, home address, sex and e-mail address when you reserve our room through our reservation page.

Why we need them is to proceed your reservation properly and contact you if it is necessary.

While you browse our site, we automatically collect your IP address, your user agent(about your browser, OS, language).
But we don’t use these data for our process of reservation and reply.

How we treat your data

We receive your personal data through this site via SSL e-mail, then data will retain maximum until 5 years period inside the computer which is protected by basic security provide from OS vender.
We don’t use any automated decisions, such as targeted-ad or Profiling.
We use your personal data for only proceed your request(reservation or inquiry).
And we retain the data for tax report of Guesthouse Namaste. We open the data to the authorities for only if we got a request from the authorities, in case of pandemic or disaster happened or criminal investigation. These are under control the Law of Japan.
